Indigenous Graduate Pathway (Australian Government),  Assistant Director Indigenous Graduate Pathway (IGP) Recruitment

Candice Roberts is a Bundajalung woman from Casino, NSW, and the current a/Assistant Director of the Whole of Australian Government Indigenous Graduate recruitment within the Defence Graduate and Entry Level Programs Office. Having managed the APS’ second-largest Graduate recruitment activity for the past three years, a background in learning and development, and expertise in the personnel security space, Candice is passionate about increasing Indigenous representation in the Australian Public Service.
