Diversity
Accenture really seems to practise what they preach! I am very impressed with the level of diversity in the company I have experienced so far. I feel comfortable as a woman , surrounded by many female colleagues, I feel there is a good gender balance in the company. Likewise, the ethnic diversity has been wonderful to see and from what I have heard the company is very accepting to those who identify as LGBTQ which is wonderful. I feel proud to work with a company where people can truly be themselves without judgement and I feel it fosters a more creative, productive culture.
