7.9
7.9 rating for Management, based on 45 reviews
How accessible are managers and do they make good mentors? You may want to address internal communication, performance feedback or praise and recognition.

Feedback and recognition can be hard to get if working hard on a project and don't actively ask for it. Management can be a bit disconnect due to large structure but your career councilor that's assigned to your helps a lot in helping you understand Accenture and career paths you may want to take.

All of the managers I have interacted with have been great and very helpful. Going into the graduate program I thought there would be an intimidating hierarchy but this isn't the case.

I've had a great experience with managers I've worked with on projects as well as outside of projects in a cross-functional sense. Whilst praise is not always provided, you are given lots of direction as well as a chance to be autonomous and independent.

Satisfaction with management would depend who has been assigned to you, as such people have mixed experiences. But the manager that has been assigned to me is great, easily accessible and he is very supportive.

can be hard to get hold of people at times, but when they're there they do give good feedback.

I have met some really great managers. They are friendly and when they are in the office, they make a point of chatting to people.

The company as a whole is great with mentors as they assign you buddies and a people lead to help guide you
