      Come and build production software as an Amazon Software Development Engineer Intern. We are looking for passionate developers who love solving challenging problems, learning on the job, and working in a team to get stuff done.

      You'll work on all phases of the software lifecycle alongside a diverse team. Your fresh perspective will inform innovative solutions to problems customers' face every day.

      This role is to start in December to February 2022.

      Basic Qualifications

      • Be currently enrolled in university and graduating by the end of 2022
      • Studying a bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering or related technical discipline
      • Strong verbal and written English communication
      • Familiar with at least one maintainable language: Java, C, C++, C#, Rust, Kotlin, Scala, etc
      • Familiarity with at least one higher-level language: Ruby, Python, Perl, Javascript, etc
      • Current Australian/New Zealand citizen/Australian Permanent Resident
      • Please note this role is based in Brisbane

      Preferred Qualifications

      • Familiar developing in a Linux environment
      • Familiar developing software on Amazon Web Services (AWS) platforms
