There are a number of optional streams that employees can get involved with to help promote diversity and inclusion within the organisation and address such issues.
There's a huge focus at Cenitex on diversity which is incredible to see.
I can tell my team leads care about their team members and always put people first.
We have many ongoing diversity and inclusion streams which have larger goals attached to them. These are also a place for you to join if you want to help progress things.
Equal opportunities exist for all. The organisation is very inclusive and encouraging of diversity.
It is only now coming to attention so it will take another 2 years for it come into action. Great policies for mat/pat leave. But otherwise is a very male dominated space and leadership tends to skew to non-minorities.
