My day-to-day responsibilities vary greatly. I am involved in a variety of different projects and tasks even ones that wouldn't necessarily come under business analyst responsibilities. Depending on how you like to work this may be either a positive or a negative.

Supporting technical incident response activities when incidents are detected either by a SOC or raised by clients (network security, mail security, endpoint security, and web security). Performing threat management activities. Constructing high level documentation of processes to provide knowledge for the team Oraganising team activities to improve productivity and team morale Undertaking engineering investigations to resolve issues within security controls. Applying efficient and effective delivery of security controls. Providing end to end customer experiences to meet customer’s expectations and needs. Triaging of tickets

As a graduate, I will take rotations in different teams based on my preference. Which team I located in will provide me with various day-to-day responsibilities. It gives me chances to get familiar with a variety of Microsoft systems and applications. Apart from day-to-day responsibilities, I have also got involved in some interesting projects and worked on different tasks.

I haven't had too many responsibilities, but where I have, the support has always been there and value from those responsibilities has always been up to me. I get to have expectations of what I want and as long as I communicate that, my leaders try to give that to me. The grad program is a 2-way street.

Overseeing licence/device inventory data. Optimising software spend and reducing compliance risk. Monitoring reports daily and investigating discrepancies and areas for remediation.

Respond to infrastructure alerts, and help troubleshoot issues with customers. Plan infrastructure upgrades and Maintenace, perform project work as assigned.
