It does not match the inflation and increasing living expense.

Pay is pretty standard. Not really any bonuses.

There's some unrealistic SLA's that can have an impact with progression.

Pay seems quite reasonable, especially for a graduate considering how not too much responsibility is given to me. Do note that there are no bonuses in the public sector.

A slow, gradual increase in pay is what I have experienced. I believe it to be fair remuneration. Generally there would be no 'bonuses' as such in public sector.
