DO WORK THAT MATTERS

We can turn your passion for rural and regional Australia into a career helping customers with their financial needs. Regional and Agribusiness Banking provides a comprehensive range of financial services to over 30,000 clients, located in regional and rural Australia. We develop strong relationships with our clients to get a real understanding of their business financial needs, and then implement the best strategies for each clients’ unique situation.

WE’RE LOOKING FOR YOU

Regional and Agribusiness clients span from large agricultural companies to local rural businesses and farmers. So we’re looking for people that are truly passionate about living and working in regional and rural communities.

As a graduate you will have the unique opportunity to attend joint visitations across our diverse client base so interpersonal skills to build meaningful relationships with a diverse client base is essential.

WE INVEST IN YOUR FUTURE

When you join our Graduate Program, you join as a full-time permanent employee. So you know we’re invested in you to transition from full-time study to full-time life!

The program centres around 4 key elements:

Shine: Contribute from day one by working on real projects that impact our business and our customers, within Australia’s largest bank.

Develop: Participate in market-leading training to develop your technical and soft skills. This will help with the transition to full-time work from university over the summer, and ensure you excel in your immediate and future roles.

Network: Build networks and friendships through unparalleled access to senior leaders, project leads and program sponsors, enhancing your personal and business profile.

Contribute: Give back to the community through intern initiatives, driving positive change across our organisation and improving the wellbeing of our intern cohort.

Our 18 month rotational graduate program starting on 14th February 2022, gives you a taste of what it's like to work with Australia's best bank. You'll have the unique opportunity to have 4 rotations to give you a holistic understanding of what Business & Private Banking has to offer. At the end of the program, you'll roll off into the team and location you started the program in.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW:

  • You are an Australian/New Zealand citizen or Australian permanent resident at the time of your application (essential);
  • In your final year of your university degree or have graduated within the last 12 months (essential); and
  • Achieving at least a credit average across your university degree (essential).
