Dolby has formal training opportunities around professional/personal development such as individual coaching. Most of the informal technical training comes from colleagues.

There isn't much in the way of formal job training except for the onboarding process. Much of the learning is completed whilst on the job or whilst talking to teammates when you first join. However, team members are also willing to take the time to explain things.
