Application Process & Interviews at Empower Healthcare

I completed that job application. A few days later I got a call for a phone interview with the hiring team. I had an interview with the COO and was offered the job after this.

After applying, I received a phone call very quickly to schedule an interview.

I was contacted via Linked In. After a phone call interview, I was given a face to face interview. From this process, I was offered the spot on that day and was sent my contract later in the day.

I was asked about my areas of interest, my current level of experience and any challenges I've overcome in my career so far, strengths and weaknesses.

Be confident! Be honest in your expectations of the company, as you are also interviewing them at the same time.

Just be yourself, and try not to stress too much. The CEO and COO are very down to earth and relaxed.

Be open in the interview process about any concerns or expectations.
