What are your thoughts on pay and bonuses at your company?
There is a grad bonus at the end of the program, which I am looking forward to. I haven't had my annual review yet but I have heard that it will be a good discussion

I am currently on a New Graduate salary, therefore it is an overall lower salary to some other positions. I appreciate getting reimbursed for travel days and kms. I am unaware of if I get any bonuses or not.

I feel comfortable asking for things to be bought for the company i.e. equipment, and as long as I provide justified reasoning for the need, it will be purchased as it benefits clients.
