1. Phone interview with a manager in Melbourne, she is professional and great at her job 2. In person interview in Perth with Underwriter and State manager. I felt really comfortable at all times of the recruitment process.

2 panel style interviews. One serious and one laid back. Both to take about myself and gauge my abilities and knowledge in an un-intimidating environment.

I had two interviews. The first was with the the CEO of the business and the second was with two of the directors.

The interview process for me before becoming employed by Adroit involved some assessments through Fuse relating to aptitude, and also video and phone interviews with their recruiters. From there, I attended a face-to-face group assessment day through Fuse where they were able to ask me questions and judge my teamwork skills amongst other qualities throughout the session. After this session, I was invited to attend a face to face interview with Adroit at an interview day in Melbourne through Fuse. There I was able to meet Adroit's HR Manager and discuss who I was and what I was looking for in an employer. A couple of weeks after this meeting, I then participated in two in-person meetings with Adroit management before I was offered the full-time position.

Graduate, Perth
About my previous work, studies and life experiences and why I am interested in the industry. Personal interest questions like football teams and weekend hobbies.
Graduate, Melbourne
As the role was for a gradate position, I was not questioned about my experience within the industry. I was asked about my career goals as well as my strengths and weaknesses as an employee.
Graduate, Melbourne
Adroit asked me a number of questions during our meetings. Some of these included what my work experience involved, what I thought I could bring to the organisation and what my best and worst qualities were. Adroit were thorough in their questioning, ensuring that I would be willing to contribute to the organisation and would be a culture fit with current employees.
