Managers are extremely accessible. There are no corner offices or separation from the rest of the team. I ask my manager dozens of questions every day. There is a mentoring program in place where as a new grad you will get to pick from a profile of experienced team members in the company. For example, my mentor is one of the national managers who rings me to check in on my development.
