We are currently looking for an enthusiastic graduate, with a passion for Supply Chain to join our team on a 12-month graduate program. Based out of our Head Office in Wetherill Park. This role will see you gain experience and exposure within our Supply Chain department and support functions as well as help you develop your leadership skills in a global business. 

The Program

The program will offer the successful Graduate a learning and development opportunity, a committed team to support you as you go, with supportive rotation leaders for each rotation, exposure to senior leaders and rotations and experience in genuine roles contributing to Martin Brower’s business priorities.

The Successful Candidate

  • Be in your last semester of study or have graduated in the last 2 years with, a minimum, a 3-year bachelor’s degree
  • Be an Australian Citizen or hold permanent residency
  • Willingness to participate in company pre-employment process including medical prior to commencement of the program
