Management feels like it is there to help you rather than you are there to work for them. Most people tend to work from home but are still very approachable and everyone is easy to get along with in the office. Out of office there are occasionally some events that are hosted by the team.

Team Leaders and Managers are great, however socializing among colleagues are not so great. Cooperation and teamwork are not so great either among the team members as some team members are communicating in a language other than English and prefer to be around each other with the same language.
