Not very diverse in my department, but in the whole company it is very diverse. Not many women in my department, in my area, only three women. Ethnic minorities and LGBT, not very diverse. Recruitment in my department it's hard to recruit and retain due to restrictedness and finding people with the right set of skills. Haven't heard of promotion, and unsure about childcare and maternity leave, no info on that.
