The two-year Graduate Program will provide you with the experience, supervision, mentoring and training necessary to make a meaningful contribution to Nova, determine your own career pathway and solve the problems that really matter.
The Graduate Program provides:

Base Salary $72,000, plus 11% Superannuation, advancement on successful completion of Probation, and annually after that.

What you could be involved in:
Nova's logistics consultant specialises in Integrated Logistics Support and Materiel Logistics, working with the Australian Defence Force. Their services go beyond warehousing and distribution to include supporting the development, acquisition, and sustainment of complete systems. Graduates in this field can gain experience in all three branches of defence and work on various projects, including asset acquisition planning and using tools like ERP systems to effectively monitor defence assets.
Logistics Graduates have worked on:
M1A1 AIM SA Abrams Main Battle Tank Upgrade project - asset acquisition and life cycle support
Deployable Force Infrastructure project – managing assets including sanitation, catering, water management, and shelters
Internal non-consulting rotations, such as finance and business development.

What we would expect from you:
We are seeking a personable individual with the following experience/skills:
Bachelor's degree in business or commerce (Logistics and/or Supply Chain Management major preferred) or other relevant higher education with experience
Australian Citizenship with a current AGSVA (Australian Government Security Vetting Agency) clearance (or the ability to obtain a security clearance at the appropriate level)
