Each day is different. Most days have flavours of sales meetings with customers and prospective customers. These are typically sales meetings outside of our core business so we can expand into new interesting areas for the business. I'm trying to figure out their problems and looking for new product ideas that is going to solve these problems. There's also some product development, process improvements. And quite a bit of time is spent coaching team members to be the best version of themselves in their respective roles.
