Open to students in their second last year of an undergraduate or postgraduate degree, this internship runs over four to six weeks during summer. The program also offers an opportunity to secure a spot in our Graduate Program. Applications open on the 3rd September 2021.

Did you know that many of our senior leaders and partners started their careers through our Vacation Program? This is the first step in creating a career that grows and changes with you as you continue to explore your passions and skills. You'll be supported and nurtured to thrive in a diverse and inclusive environment.

Our summer internship is an opportunity to gain industry work experience whilst you're still studying. This is your chance to take part in the important work we do and discover how we solve problems with our collaborative approach. You'll work on client engagements, attend networking events to build business relationships and take part in projects that are making an impact and creating trust in society.

If you're in your penultimate year of university (that's second to last) in an undergraduate or postgraduate degree, our Vacation Program offers you valuable career experience at the heart of our business.

The program runs over three to eight weeks (length will vary across our offices) and includes full-time work experience during the university break where you will:

  • Develop your skills through one-on-one coaching and mentoring
  • Undertake challenging client work and engagements with potentially broad social impacts
  • Attend networking events
  • Expand your professional and personal networks with like-minded peers
  • Expand your career potential with a globally respected organisation
  • Possibly return to uni with a full-time job offer in hand!
