Justin [00:00:00] What do you think might have been, like, the one thing or something that stood out that got you successfully through the application process? Like, it's obviously a competitive programme. So is there anything that you think you did differently or exceptionally well to successfully get you through that?

Tyler [00:00:14] Yeah, I'd say I haven't had the opportunity to do many sort of job interviews in my life. As I said previously, I worked at Kmart for eight years and I got that job when I was like 13 and nine months. So that was like my first interview of my life. And then the next time I had an interview was eight years after that, but I did a few different interviews for other graduate programmes around the place just to kind of scope out and and and see what's out there. And I'd say something that I learnt and something that I kind of thought of before I went in is, you know, making an impression. And I think you can do that by sort of just smiling and appearing relaxed to the interviewer. I think it's very easy to sort of come in very formal and a bit blunt and kind of just answer the questions. But I think if you sort of smile and say, I even in most of the interviews I did, I kind of cracked a few jokes here and there. And I think lightening the mood and sort of making that atmosphere a bit more relaxed just goes a long way. And like, if you look relaxed, I think the interviewers will become relaxed as well. And the whole sort of environment will change and it will just feel a lot easier than if you're kind of just very straightforward and formal. I think, yeah, I think that helped with my interviews.
