I have been with Genpact for almost a month, and it’s been a good learning journey for me. The coolest thing for me was that I got into a project just after few days of onboarding and got access to live data.

A balanced lifestyle is the key to success. Work hard but also take some time to hang out with friends, play with your pet or go for a run. 

Being my first corporate experience in software development and technology services, the perspective gained, and the training and project work I’ve received, have given me clarity on how I want to further my career.

By meeting real people who are working under various socio-economic conditions, scale of operation, and stages of the agricultural supply chain, you were able to gain deep knowledge of the sector and its unique problems, successes and points of difference.

The work can be quite rewarding retrospectively, looking back at all the things you learnt and all the new material you created for the company in a short span of time.

The mentorship I have experienced during my time at Oliver Wyman has been invaluable. A support network is provided to everyone at Oliver Wyman which provides advice, guidance and support on a regular basis.

Cognizant has been able to support me through programs such as a hackathon where I have been able to interact with people I would not normally and expand my knowledge and experience even more.

We work with a large variety of clients, from financial to real estate, from airlines to councils, engineering companies to retailers.
