I was initially attracted to apply to Viva Energy from what I heard of their excellent work culture. Personally, having a healthy work culture was my top priority when I began applying for graduate positions after completing my studies.

With an interest in business but no prior experience, the ability to rotate across different areas of Australia Post as a business generalist grad really appealed to me.
