Early Start Australia is a national organisation committed to delivering evidence-based early intervention and therapy services to children, young adults and families.

Our dedicated teams of Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Psychologists and Speech Pathologists, work with our clients to help them meet their growth and development goals.

We focus on supporting clients (and their families) to develop language, motor, cognitive, social and emotional skills, and provide therapy supports for children with developmental delay or disability, including autism spectrum disorder.

All new graduates will complete a comprehensive orientation and induction into the 2022 grad program, including online training and onboarding to your new clinic and you will meet new graduate colleagues and mentors to form strong relationships for support across your first year. Our dedicated graduate program also includes monthly training sessions, local supervision and mentorship.

The positions are ongoing and permanent and we will support you to build your career while providing continuity and service excellence to our clients.

Your application will be reviewed by one of our Practice Principals and shortlisted candidates will proceed to a short phone interview with one of our talent acquisition teams. From there you may be invited to a one-on-one interview with a Practice Principal before being invited to join the program.
