Our Employment Relations Graduate Program is designed for those who love workplace relations, are eager to excel, are committed to exceeding expectations and also have fun along the way!  

This is an opportunity that will have you immediately working hands-on, engaging with our clients. You won’t be stuck doing coffee runs or photocopying all day, this is a role where you are going to merge straight into the team while being mentored and supported by an experienced team member. Once you have graduated through the program, you will become a fully-fledged Employment Relations Advisor where you will advise clients on current ER needs in their business. You will be speaking to a wide variety of SME businesses regarding a large range of ER/workplace relations issues every single day! 

What are we looking for? 

A successful Employment Relations Graduate will be capable of: 

  • Building rapport with customers at all levels over the phone
  • Interest in HR and specialising in Employment Relations
  • Being highly motivated to help customers and provide award-winning advice
  • Managing HR processes using your skills as a Manager in a customer service field is highly regarded
  • Excellent communication, relationship building and interpersonal skills
  • Available full-time from January 2025
