The steps for our recruitment process are simple.
We will be holding a “Emerging Talent Session” where you can see, touch and feel the Company & the role. You will hear from both past & current graduates and more importantly get to understand what the training and expectations look like to ensure this is a fit for YOU.
You will also learn about career pathways and what your career within Employment Relations can look like.
Our Graduates Salary is $60,000 plus Superannuation.
Your salary is reviewed in line with key benchmark metrics every 6 months to ensure you are on track for your career pathway.
At completion of the graduate program (1 year) as you move into being a fully fledged ER Advisor, each step has promotion criteria including pay increases, post sign of of the program you will be sitting at a salary $72,500 and you pathway will go from there!
