We have a therapy manager, however everyone is treated equally and get along as if there were no hierarchy. Open hot desk space rather than our own individual clinic rooms meaning everyone can talk to eachother and gain ideas

Everyone is super friendly. We regularly communicate with our speech pathology manager who is very friendly, understanding and approachable. We are a team of over 20 speech pathologists and we regularly ask each other questions and benefit from each others' varied skills, experience and knowledge. As a new graduate I also work alongside other speech pathologists on most of my clinical days, which has been very helpful for me to ask and bounce off ideas for questions on the spot.

There is a lot of team work and support. Everyone is more than willing to share their knowledge and resources and support you when you are stressed. There is a clear hierarchy, so I know who to ask when I need help. There is no toxic environment, where people talk about each other. Everyone is super friendly and always tries to get together to catch up There are set work ours, which is lovely because you arent expected to work all day and night.
