Disability Support at Norton Rose Fulbright

Our firm has a proud history of embracing diversity, equity and inclusion, and in 2022 we strengthened our commitment with the launch of our first Disability Inclusion Action Plan (DIAP).

Our DIAP provides practical ways for us to build on our past work to achieve even better outcomes for our people with disability, as well as how we can support better access to services, information and employment, and promote the rights of people with disability across the communities that we serve.

We have partnered with consulting firm Get Skilled Access, an organisation founded by 2022 Australian of the Year, Dylan Alcott AO, to put this plan together.  We will continue to work with Get Skilled Access to bring our DIAP to life and to ensure we are meeting each milestone along the way.
