Your role

Come and join the global team as a Graduate in the Commercial/Finance Team based in Melbourne.

The two-year program will incorporate inductions, professional development, a facilitated mentoring program and a rotational program to develop on-the-job learning and experiences in different commercial functions within the business. One of the rotations is expected to take you to one of their overseas locations. Through these rotations, you will gain knowledge, experience and networks enabling you to build a career through Siemens Healthineers organisations.

    About you

    To be successful in this role, it is essential you:

    • Are prepared to push boundaries and be curious – especially seeing how data, data visualization and data analytics can drive new insights and improvements.
    • Have an exciting story to share that makes you unique. They are looking for graduates that are prepared to be different, passionate and who want to make a difference.
    • Take ownership whilst also embracing a strong team spirit.
    • Have first hand experiences with digitalization, data analytics and the likes.
    • Are in the final year of your university degree or have graduated within the last 2 years.
    • Have achieved at least a credit average across your university degree.

    To be eligible for this position you are required to have Australian or New Zealand permanent residency or citizenship at the time of your application and be able to provide evidence of your eligibility to work in Australia.
