After hours conversations usually work focused. Not much interaction apart from work.

The company has a structure similar to most companies, there are associates then managers then there are the managers manager and so on. I think what really shines at TCS is the open culture we have with all levels of associates being managers or graduates. We are all able to talk and move freely with one another around the office and on virtual calls. We all show respect to one another's cultures as well as love to learn more about each other. Its a great place to be, puts a smile on my face.

TCS has a strong emphasis on diversity, inclusion, and the ability to work across borders. To facilitate this, there have been sessions to educate us about other cultures and their ways of working. For the graduate program, we had plenty of opportunities to interact with each other. Outside of work, we graduates have also organised dinners to catch-up with each other. Cannot comment on the structure and hierarchy as I have not been exposed enough.
