Haven't been here long enough to see if there are any deeper issues. But as far as I know, everyone is being treated with respect regardless of their gender, ethnicity or other identifiers.

TCS is one of the most diverse companies I have worked in, they are very welcoming of different cultures and people. I love interacting with people from other cultures and I have made many friends with great people. TCS also provides a knowledge base for every country in the world and they culture and important facts to help associates get to know one another better.
