They're very good managers in the sense that they care about us. But there were times when there was miscommunication, or a lack of information told to us, and just issues with training.

Managers are great at TCS they can do many things to help support you as well as upskill you for the future. They can provide you with some curriculum to learn new things, They provide you with yearly goals or project goals that you can reach or improve on, and many more.
