Contacted through email, went through two interviews for two different positions, and was accepted in one. The process was not bad, but was start date was very sudden.

The interview process involves a series of questions from the hiring manager. Firstly, you have a interview with the HR manager in charge of filling the role. Subsequently, you then are invited if successful to a technical interview with the projects manager and the HR manager is also present. They ask a series of technical and non-technical questions at the interview and you are able to ask questions to. Afterwards you will hear back if you were successful or not.

Interview process was very straight forward. Unlike other companies, there was no psychometric or personality testing. Instead, it was very personal, and did not feel like there was an unnecessary amount of screening in place. In addition, there was no assessment centre either. The process was: 1. Email cover letter and CV 2. Answer a few very basic questions through email 3. 15-20 minute initial phone interview with 1 person from HR 4. 45 minute interview with same 1 person from HR and 3 project managers from client side 5. Offer made

Just be yourself and treat the interviews like a casual catch-up and conversation. - Remember, an interview is both ways, so make sure you ask them questions too! - In your answers, be prepared to relate back to specific real examples. - As always with behavioural questions, answer using the STAR method.
