Please describe your company's culture both in the office and after hours. Let us know about the structure and hierarchy, cooperation and teamwork, and socialising amongst colleagues.
A solid culture of helping others during business hours. There is opportunities to socialise outside of business hours also. Partners mix socially with trainees and all other staff (both professional and support)

Our company has an excellent culture! Many employees enjoy lunch together (whether in the lunch room or at one of the surrounding cafes/restaurants) and we always enjoy a drink together on a Friday evening to end the week. Everyone is always willing and able to assist with any issues one may have, whether it be work-related or more personal. This makes it a very comfortable workplace to be a part of.

The culture at wrg is amazing. The office is really like one big family, both in the office and after hours. We have an open door policy and there is always someone willing to help, give guidance or simply vent to. The partners are welcoming and easy to approach. We have regular social events in the office including Friday drinks which gives everyone a change to mingle.

There is an amazing, inclusive culture at my firm. During work, everyone is always willing to lend a helping hand to provide the best care possible to our Clients. Outside of work, everyone is always excited to meet up and have a relaxed lunch, etc.

The culture of the workplace is very healthy both in office and after hours. There is a good sense of teamwork and willingness to assist each other when necessary. Everyone is very social and enjoy catching up during lunch or after work on a Friday.

The company culture is extremely professional and friendly at the same time. Although there is an obvious hierarchy, everyone pitches in and helps. Most of my colleagues have been with the firm for 5, 10, 15, 20 years, which I think speaks volumes about the culture and was one of the the reasons I applied for the job. The firm also encourages out of hours activities, and I recently played in a basketball competition where the firm entered a team. As the competition was played in my first few months at the firm, it was a great ice breaker to build relationships without the stress of daily firm activities.
