Disability Support at Victoria's Big Build

We participate in Disability initiatives and awareness events like International Day for People with Disability to help reduce the stigma around both visible and invisible disabilities. These awareness and education opportunities are helping us improve the employment outcomes of people living with disability.

We do this in a practical sense with reasonable adjustments and accessibility throughout your whole experience here. We also work on this at a cultural level by providing training to our managers and opportunities for you to be part of an MTIA wide networking and resource group.
