Gender Equality at Victoria's Big Build

Women in Transport offers mentoring opportunities to help you grow and learn. Women in Transport (WiT) also has a scholarship program that you will be eligible for after your first year within the MTIA portfolio. WiT has a crucial role to play in connecting women to a shared sense of purpose across the portfolio.

We participate in initiatives and awareness events like International Day for Violence Against Women, Women in Engineering Day and International Women’s Day.
